As you go through our online inventory and select your items, please keep in mind that the increments in which products must be ordered will be listed next to each item. No exceptions!

Phone Orders:

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Please be sure you have the item number and description (color, length, bead size) when you call. To place an order by phone, please call 1-800-737-5555 or 504-734-8600 during our normal business hours.

Shipping and Handling:

All oders are shipped FOB New Orleans, LA. Shipping charges are based on UPS published rates. Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours of processing unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All shipments are sent via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. One, two and three day express services are also available. There is a $3.00 handling fee per shipment.

Taxes:

Depending upon the shipping destination, all items are subject to any applicable state and local taxes.
